The Bloodburster is an early, immature larval stage of the Neomorph species introduced in the sci-fi horror film Alien: Covenant. Unlike the traditional Chestburster, it violently erupts from the host's back or mouth and rapidly grows into a pale, aggressive adult apex predator.
