With the Azerbaijani government collapsing islamic extremist groups pop up threatening the new balance of power we should prevent them from spreading Hold the line: With new groups popping up everywhere we would install marital law on the Azerbaijani territories (the red line) and minimizing travel within the territory. We would create military checkpoints at many highways and vital locations around the territory. We would deploy our forces to guard the streets at night and if we face the groups we would bring in helicopters and use our sheer amount of technology to track them down in hopes of finding a rebel base or hide out. With the company of our Air Force we would bring building crews in the city slowly by air. We would first start rebuilding apartments and schools so people get go back home with our interest policy we instated (We would give you a job and a new place to live in but in exchange you owe us a massive debt for the next few years depending on how much your job and house are worth fail to pay you would be stripped of everything we gave you except your job).
