AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAUGH. I got a 0% on my assignment because my teacher claims I used AI on it because I used that stupid hash thing (—) in my writing, but I use it literally with everything. for any of my writings when I get the chance. you can thank Narnia for that, like it creates a dramatic pause. it doesn't automatically mean I used AI on a writing assignment, plus it was based on one of my mini series? and we had to draw for it so I submitted a digital art piece and now because of this assignment she thinks the drawing is AI holy fart bro I cant do this anymore. She cant claim I use AI, we had an assignment like a month ago where we HAD to use AI to test it out and I got a 0% because I refused to use it because I DON'T LIKE IT UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUAH. if we're claiming — means AI writing then most old-timey books (quick ex; Narnia my beloved) are written by AI how about that how about them apples teacher AI is stupid and pointless if its used for; homework, pleasure (yk what I mean.), exploitation, art/creative writing. I only like AI if it actually helps people, I'll think of reasons later. I disagree with it entirely, I feel like people pushing others to use AI in assignments is the equivalent of handing out free medals to everyone. Some kids in my grade CANNOT even read (disregarding disabilities, etc, those people legitimately cant and I'm one of them lol) because they don't try and use AI on everything. they don't learn because they go.. "computer.. do my math homework for me" and I get it, work can be hard and its an easy way out but you aren't gonna improve on ANYTHING if you keep letting a robot do it for you. I went from having an E in algebra 1 to having a b+ to an A, and I know its hard for some people but you dont get my sympathy if you complain about being bad at something if you dont try, reach out for help, or just bluntly just use AI to cheat and what not. eat my dust AI and I'm sorry if this rant sounds mean but my school has levels where you can use AI, ranging from 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. most teachers has it at 4 to 5 and its disappointing, no student tries or participates. and I have tons of mental health issues and disorders, but I think everyone should try to help themselves by trying to understand the material instead of instantly just doing it on AI. but that's just me. I would love to hear y'all's opinions though.
