For @joeremastered Lore: Surrounding the city of Chihuahua, the Mexican cartels established a political party called "The Party of the Sombrero" that eventually became a boys' and mens' society. The society then began to derail, become militarized, and began performing demonstrations in the streets of Chihuahua and other towns, believing that some superhuman force by the name of "El Muchacho" was telling them to do things, despite him not existing. A reject general named Mustang Bowen Canberro eventually rose through the ranks to become the leader, the "El Muchacho" of the Sombrero cult. He then began to organize an attack on the capital city, but before he could issue the assault, underground agents of the Mexican Republic, who have been employed to monitor and limit the actions of the Sombreros, commandeered the "Palace of El Muchacho" and officially abdicated Canberro from office of the military. Now that they have the materials to do so, they have decided to take a huge assault that became the biggest gamble in Sombrero history; the siege of Mexico City. Mexico City's siege occurred after about 6 years of conflict, with the Sombreros quickly gaining the upper hand after acquiring several strategious points, with a massive victory for the Sombreros, and the capital conquered, the Sombrero party abdicated the standing president, and put in "El Muchacho" Canberro as "His Sombreroness, Supreme Commander Mustang Bowen Canberro, El Muchacho of the Great Sombrero Cult, Liberator of Mexico, and Conqueror of the Americas" Mexico, under Canberro, became a totalitarian federation similar to the Soviet Union. Growing pains eventually generated the idea that the entire continent of America was to be united in "Peaceful harmony under the protection of the Sombreros." This is to be determined...
