YIPPEEE! I love how these turned out and adore these two. I wanted them both to have some sort of relationship so yayay you get backstories also! Miona --------- She/they Miona had always lived in an area higher than most other winged cats have lived before. Her family was able to breath what little air there was. She never really interacted with anybody, preferring to fly around by herself, until she met Linum. She would always fly by the mountains he lived on, watching him from afar until curiosity got the best of her. One day she swooped down, landing on a ledge not far from where the other cat was sitting, and watched. Soon after though, he spotted her, and flew over, much to her dismay. She helped, falling backwards as the other cat landed in front of her. "Sorry! I didn't mean to spook you!" He apologized, tucking in his wings. Linum ---------- He/him Linum was named after the Linum perenne, also known as the Blue Flax, which commonly grows on the mountains. Linum grew up on the Lockwood mountains, one of the tallest regions in the area. He loved flying through the clouds, and stargazing at night. Over time, he started seeing a shape flying high above his limit, and he wondered what it was. He hoped to find other flying cats, he was tired of living by himself. One day while he was cloudgazing, he felt like he was being watched. He turned around, seeing the she-cat who's been flying nearby. He grinned, unfurling his wings and swooping over. "Hello! " he shouted excitedly, landing in front of her. He grimaced as she helped and fell over, and quickly apologized. "Sorry! Didn't mean to spook you! I just don't get many visitors up here..."
