EPILEPSY WARNING Rejoice, compatriots! The land formerly known as Jinzhao, a colonial name, has long been plagued by disorganisation, corruption, poverty, and political division. Following the handover of all controlled territories to Astinia and the Astinian People’s Party (APP), a new dawn has emerged. The the People's Republic of Astinia has been formed! The APP has concluded negotiations with the major factions across the territory to integrate various forces into the National Revolutionary Army (NRA). This alliance will reunify the land under one national banner, eliminating internal division to establish a strong, unified republican state guided by the three Principles of the People: nationalism, democracy, and socialism. The following factions have joined the NRA under the leadership of the APP: The Tribesmen have joined following guarantees of modernisation, political representation, economic development, and long-term governmental stability. Their participation ensures that regional communities will have a voice in the construction of the new state. The Communists and former-government loyalists have joined following commitments to social welfare and socialism while adopting a new market-based economic model. The APP recognises that previous economic systems contributed to recession and seeks instead to combine social welfare with a productive market economy. The total removal of foreign control has further demonstrated the possibility of rebuilding through political cooperation rather than continued division. Several Nationalist factions, with the exception of the western nationalist faction with ties to Xeng, have also joined the alliance. These groups recognise that continued factionalism can only weaken the nation and see the NRA as the best means of defending Astinian national interests, preserving a unified state, and restoring the nation to its former strength. And of course, the government-in-exile, Astinia, happily reclaims the Mainland for the better. The current objective is the establishment of a strong transitional national government under the leadership of the APP. This government will restore order, rebuild the economy, modernise the state, and establish the foundations necessary for a transition towards a stable parliamentary democracy. We have been divided for long enough. The time has come for our people to stand together under one flag, one government, and one national purpose. Glory to the People's Republic of Astinia!
