EDIT: I do want to let everyone know that the only thing the managers officially agreed upon in the groupchat/meeting was for the removal of Kyo, nothing more. Everything else said is done on the accord of the own individual. Hey, this is my general summary as a manager: Kyo has indeed broken rules and has been warned a couple times, and as managers - but also as minors ourselves who lack resources and experience - we are trying our best to compensate and deliberate on these heavy decisions. I'm personally fine with some of the things that Kyo has done, but we as a collective agree that it should not be done in a public community on a moderated kids' website. We understand that this community has grown on many of us and though many of us consider this place a huge friend group we can even talk to about our deepest darkest secrets, S-pop, in reality, is still an open area that isn't a private talking space. What is put into the internet, stays in the internet. Us managers implore you to follow the rules in order for us to make easier decisions for this community, so that we can maximize the fun and avoid situations like these, it's a shame this happened during the SPW. However, I find it unacceptable to use a studio just to talk bad about someone - whether or not it's true. Studios are PUBLIC. EVERYONE can see them. If you have beef with someone, vent to a friend in ACTUAL private. I know that you guys have resources to do so that are off this site. Doing this is a severe act of immaturity and harms more people - whether intentional or not. We encourage everyone to take time to make good discretions online. Not everyone is completely wrong or right in these situations, and it's important that you don't harm people, even if you may believe it to be justified. We are all human, but if we use this excuse to not make amends or refuse to learn from our mistakes, I personally see no reason for me to interact with such people. You choose who you hang out with. You choose who you listen to. I'll respect that decision as long as you aren't actively harming another party. Again, we managers apologize if our actions have caused harm, but we have had a really hard time dealing with all this drama. We are trying our best to make things work, so we need your cooperation to make the good things happen. We want this community to love each other - which of course sometimes there are indeed disagreements - but we should at least uphold basic human respects as individuals of a community.
