Galloping Raspberry Small update Sorry for the inactivity this week! Tests have started back up! As well this weekend I had a SJ comp, though I’m super happy about my results (with a pony named Arabesque) we won first once yesterday and won ‘Champion’ at the ‘final’! As I went to the stables today, I noticed Raspberry had an overflow of energy! He was trying to show this to me by doing some… interesting things. I then grabbed his tack and tacked up. I had some time till feeding. I walked him to the arena (he was prancing around me!). And once I hopped on he went into a trot, ‘like what? You can’t be this energized I jumped you like yesterday!’. After trotting around a few circles I asked for a canter and he bucked to show his happiness! We cantered around for about 10 minutes (I know, too long, but he would not stop…) including some lead changes. Once I finally stoped to a trot he seemed calmer, but still with some extra energy… you can’t have everything! After some cooling down, I took him to have a bath and then had to hurry to get the feed ready!
