No bingo but I'd like to make notes/explain each one :3 Resistance/distress to change: Most changes don't result in a big reaction, but I'll subtly try and shift the person's perspective (or pick the one that means least change for me) or just outright refuse if it's an option. Stims answers (I circled both subtle and obvious): I tend to have both but show obvious ones when I'm simply bored, happy, mild annoyance, frustration, cringe or neutral but show less obvious/absolutely no attempt to stim or cope very shutdown or more intense emotions Special interests: Cats have been a longer standing one that leads to my more modern counterpart (that being warrior cats) and art has also been a long standing one, branching into drawing ofc but also animation and writing stories. I've also been into health, which went into the psychology path (which is the lowest intensity of them all right now) but specifically focusing on disorders Body language/facial expressions: Of course if it's obvious or one that I'm familiar with I can usually tell, but I'll completely miss other signals not even knowing it's a signal Overly expressive: To make it obvious for other people (most of the time it's automatic though), I tend to have very obvious shifts between emotions or moods (even if they seem a bit sudden). You can very easily tell when I'm trying to mock something or be sarcastic/satirical. Anxiety disorder(s): At this point I'm not sure which one I have because I'm officially diagnosed with GAD but I self diagnosed with social anxiety disorder. Right now I just generalize it as "I have an anxiety disorder" Hyper/hyposensitivity: I can be hyposensitive to touch (really enjoying weight on me and liking pain sometimes) and MAYBE smell but I'm a bit hypersensitive to light/noise. I don't think I have a sensitivity to taste Friends: I can maintain friends if we remain in contact (which is the main reason I have one friend rn) but making friends is a different story (I'm very avoidant in this time of my life, so I only have one friend my age :p) "Picky eater": Literally refuse to eat something if it throws me off once unless I forget about it :3 Alexithymia: With therapy (for healing work), I'm getting better but I could still describe a feeling with a lot of detail and just not have a word for half the stuff I wanna say nor the feeling itself :3 (I described physical emotional pain as someone st@bb!ng me in the chest because I forgot the word for STINGING feelings)
