this is exactly what the name would lead you to believe, it simulates a colony of Pikmin. A couple things you should know: 1. each Pikmin decides what to do via a complex algorithm (which I'm pretty proud of) they can walk around, grab pellets, and bring them back to their onions all on their own. 2. Just like in the games, there can only be 100 Pikmin out at a time, and when they reach that number, they'll all go back into their onions, and the cycle will begin again. This way, the simulation can run for hours. 3. I've also added a handful of keybinds that do cool things, here are all of them 1 = shows number of active Pikmin, total Pikmin (including those in the onions) and the number of reds, yellows and blues R + up arrow = calls all active Pikmin back to the onions and resets the number of active Pikmin Q + click = drops a live bomb rock wherever your mouse is 2 through 5 = plays different tracks (NOTE: if you play a track, and you want to play a different one, you have to click the same key again to toggle that track off before you can play a different one) 4. If you find any bugs, please report them to me, I'd be happy to try and fix them, except for the pellet duping glitch, I'd have to entirely reprogram everything to fix that. If you don't see a pellet, it's probably under an onion, but yeah that's about it.
this is something that I've been working on for a while now, hope you like it! All code and sprites 100% by me, sounds and music by Nintendo Can we get this featured? Also check out my other stuff it's cool and funny Tags: #Games #Pikmin #Simulation #Art #Nintendo
