In order to make a program you need to write it out in the disk or with the ASM language, the first four characters are the main instructions, the next four are ax, then bx and then cx you can see the list of every command in the "INST REG []" list This CPU is fully Turing Complete
This is a Fully Functional, fully programmable 16-Bit CPU that I made entirely in Vanilla scratch. it has integrated graphics and a basic rendering API. if you wanted to you could make multiple small programs for this thing, I'm pretty proud with how it turned out, feel free to remix and add anything but yeah.
