Hey guys and welcome to my first TOWBTD MAP!!! This MAP leans into the fact that Angel -the protagonist of TOWBTD- is feeling stress with her destiny but she still has to save the world anyway. -RULES- 1: you must read all the rules 2: to enter, you must fill out the form in the comments of this project. If you are invited, you still have to fill it out but you don't have to add animation examples. 3: one sprite preferred, but two is acceptable. Please don't add a backdrop into your part. 4: stick to the script. 5: you don't have to ask to do a TN. There is no limit to the number of TNEs entered, though once this closes you will loose your chance. 6: no AI in your parts. 7: this MAP does not accept collabs 8: (optional but recommend) the parts in this MAP are closely related. I recommend that if there are people before and/or after you with completed parts that you look at them. This is so the finished MAP animation flows smoothly and doesn’t look choppy. 9: HAVE FUN!!! Song is from the movie Encanto All characters belong to me Pokemon belongs to Nintendo Prologue of TOWBTD for those who haven't read it: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1327855722 SCRIPT: Intro: Setting: void Tone: dramatic w/ red lighting Angel's paws step into the screen as the words "Surface Pressure: Complete MAP" appear and then fade away slowly 1: Setting: forest Tone: muted and dark Angel lip syncing and slamming her eyes closed angrily 2: Setting: forest Tone: muted and dark Angel walking and then pauses at a cliff edge and looks out then spreads her wings hesitantly. 3: Setting: cliff edge Tone: muted and dark Angel takes a deep breath then lip syncs to “I don’t ask how hard the work is.” Finally she leaps off the cliff, hovers shakily in the air for a moment, then abruptly plummets down on the word “but.” 4: Setting: void Tone: dramatic w/ red lighting Angel falls and then lands on a tightrope. She digs her claws in and struggles to stay on. 5: Setting: void w/ tightrope Tone: dramatic w/ red lighting Angel’s claws slowly slip off the tightrope and she falls into the abyss. 6: Setting: dark room Tone: dramatic w/ red lighting Angel lands ungracefully on the ground and looks up. Kanie appears out of nowhere and looks at her nonchalantly as Angel yell sings at her. Cracks appear at Angel’s feet and she slips and falls into one of them. Kanie reaches out but doesn’t follow her. 7: Setting: dark room Tone: you choose, as long as it’s somewhat dramatic Dripp and Birch watch in surprise as Angel falls into the screen. Angel lip syncs at them and slowly walks away, tail/wings drooping. 8: Setting: dark room w/ large crack in the floor Tone: dark and moody with increased shadows Angel crumples on the floor, sobbing. She lip syncs to “who am I” and then falls into the crack in the floor. 9: Setting: void Tone: dramatic w/ red lighting Angel is flying and then turns and sees Ruumah free-falling and screaming. Angel flies under her in an attempt to catch her but is dragged down by her weight, sending them both tumbling down. 10: Setting: dark room Tone: dramatic w/ red lighting Angel and Ruumah are standing in the middle of the screen. Ruumah reaches out toward Angel and Angel turns away, lip syncing. 11: Setting: dark room Tone: dramatic w/ red lighting Ruumah tilts her head toward Angel, who has her back turned to her. A wave of dark blue sludge cascades down from the ceiling, blocking out the entire screen. Then it drips away, revealing the new scene of Angel struggling to climb up the wall while Kanie is yelling at her. 12: Setting: dark room Tone: dramatic w/ red lighting Kanie flies in front of Angel, who yell-sings to “I think about my purpose” and then leaps up and flies into the void. 13: Setting: void Tone: dark Angel is floating in the void, but then it slowly fades to light pink and the tone changes to lighthearted and playful. Angel lifts her head and smiles. 14: Setting: pink void Tone: lighthearted (use pastel colors) Angel flies around happily, but then looks down to see Kanie flying up toward her angrily and she jerks away from her. 15: Setting: pink void Tone: dramatic with pinkish red lighting Kanie grabs Angel and drags her down back into the dark void. 16: Setting: dark void Tone: moody and muted Kanie lets go of Angel and she slowly falls into the red room, where Subzero, Mae, and Shox are standing. Angel looks up at them and lip syncs. Then she covers her head with her wings while the three of them walk away. 17: Setting: dark room Tone: moody and muted Angel is lying down with her wings covering her face. On the words “no mistakes” she lifts her head and glares at Kanie, who has been watching the scene innocently. Kanie shrugs and Angel snarls at her, 18: Taken by me so you’ll never know… 19: Setting: dark room Tone: dramatic w/ red lighting Angel leaps up and a pink flash fills the screen. Then slowly, the pink screen fades to black and the words “the end, thanks for watching!” appear.
