Did John Fitszgerald Kennedy know that he was calling himself a jelly donut?? Ok, I have to admit, JFK did NOT call himself a jellydonut... or did he? You see, JFK was saying " I am a Berliner" not meaning he's is a born citizen there, cause' well, he's the 35th US president, but meaning he supports the cause to take down the berlin wall. You see, the berlin wall was put up to separate west berlin and east berlin. On one side people were free to have whatever belief or religion. On the other, most, if not, all religions were discouraged. So JFK traveled to berlin, specifically west berlin, to send his famous "Ich bin ein berliner" speech. Now saying "Ich bin ein berliner" means "I am a Berliner", but it also means, "I am a jelly donut" (don't belive me? Look it up) so did Kennedy say he's a jelly donut. Probably not but there's all ways a chance.
