(this project does include a lgbtq ship, no art that is explicitly romantic tho) feel free to skip through the sections if it gets boring. ————————THE BASICS——————————— Anglerdog, an oc that i am… a ‘little’ too attached to. they are a anglerfish+dog hybrid, idk how, ask young un me, its basically just a name at this point (they are a little dog-ish nowadays though, not in the beginning.) here is the basic rundown: Anglerdog, they/them, they are Bi (as in the lgbtq term). they are shy, but will talk if someone talks to them first. also is in a relationship with Sid (basic ah name) another oc of mine- eel. its not the poorly drawn one in the second image in the project- you’ll see em later in the project. ————MY LACKEY LORE—————— i am no good at lore. just a disclaimer. basically, anglerdog lived with a bunch of fish-dog hybrids originally, like the poorly drawn eeldog in the project. (2nd image) for… reasons unclear they all are gone, anglerdog was not ready as the others to let go of the ‘seadogs’ group- but that did’t stop them from leaving. its why anglerdog is very protective nowadays- not wanting to lose another buddy. soon as anglerdog met Dirt and Sid- they were practically glued to the two. Eventually Sid and Anglerdog became a couple, it (thankfully) did’t disrupt their relationship with Dirt (too much). ——————HISTORY OF ANGLERDOG————— they started as a tiny doodle in my math book, i would have just never drew them after that unless my buddy hadn’t said something along the lines of: “WHAT IS THAT CREATURE I LIKE IT. what is its name?? what is it???” i came up with anglerdog. and so, i drew them a BUNCH. just for that buddy. i came up with others for anglerdog to interact with. the Seadogs. there was an Eeldog, Octodog, Blobdog, Whaledog, ect. i forgot most of them when i finally redrew anglerdog after an eternity, (drawing 4) i had forgotten almost all the other characters. except Eeldog and octodog. so… i had to make a reason for never drawing the others… (or something like that) thus, i gave anglerdog attachment issues and loss of all their og buddies! wow, i am sooo kind to my oc’s. one fateful day, i acquired Dirt from Ludpue. i needed some fish oc’s to be in a world with them… angledog, and Sid. thats when the two became a couple, i kept drawing them together, their colors were literally complementary to each other. it. was. perfect. anyways, thats were the history ends (for now) thats it!! buh-bye!!
