Just a design for rictus that, due to the retcon, will in all likelihood not be used, but I thought was neat enough to show. The little bates and Amaya faces on his jacket are meant to be election pins. They’re not actually running against each other, but I found the visual gag of rictus wearing two different election pins for opposing candidates way too funny to not do.
