takes a and b and outputs c in the equation ab=c unlike standard scratch multiplication, this thing can handle much, much, MUCH larger numbers by making them really small and then multiplying them back in a certain way that scratch can handle with no information loss (multiplying them by a power of 10 (specifically 10^6, as it divdes a and b by 10^3), which makes things easy for scratch as it can just move the decimal) this is the best way i can explain it
