The Runaway Chapter 7 Medusa woke up gasping for air. It was just a dream it felt to real. Marie was at the door when Meduda woke up, "Alright time for training;also has your wounds healed up?" Marie asked. "Let me check em" Medusa said unwrapping the wrap that covered the wounds, To Medusa's surprise they actually were almost gone, like they were healing supper fast. "Its the stuff we put in the bandage" Marie said once again reading Medusa's mind. Someone was right behind Marie, it looked like a animal born. The animal born had red scaled wings like a dragon. He had the skin of a human. He wore a long black cloak,and a cowboy hat. "wait! Who is he I thought it was just us!" Medusa said shocked. "It was but I found him nearby, so I invited him" Marie replied. "He's the last Dragon born alive" Marie said. "My names Dark Fire" The Dragon born said. "I said lets start training, Follow me" Marie said starting to walk. Medusa and Dark Fire followed. So it wasn't just 2 people here, there were probably more Medusa thought as she walked. Medusa and the new Dragon born was led to the training room. Once they both entered The Training room Marie took a look at Medusa and then Dark Fire. "So we have a chakram user and What do you use?, other then the pile of weapons you brought with you?" Marie asked. Oh I just have these" Dark Fire said pulling out 2 cycle like weapons, the only difference was its curved blade was less curved, out of his cloak. Medusa saw the tip of a bow for a few seconds before the cloak covered it up again. "So Khopesh, one sec while I go get your training weapons" Marie said before walking into a room at the other end of the marble doors. Marie came out with wooden versions of both weapons and a wooden claymore. Marie handed Medusa the wooden chakrams the ends were not sharp. The 2 wooden Khopesh's were handed to Dark Fire. Marie backed up a little before speaking. "Now you will try to block my hits with your weapons, dont hold back" Marie said Before suddenly Charging at Medusa. Medusa didn't even have time to tighten her grip on her Wooden Chakrams, and now she had to block a weapon Larger than hers. Medusa moved her Chakram lining it up to were she thought the blade was gona hit. The wooden Claymore's blade went straight inside the ring slamming into Medusa's arm. Medusa felt a sting in her arm for a few seconds. Once it stopped Medusa noticed Marie was coming in for another attack. Medusa had time to tighten her grip on her Chakram. Medusa watch as the Claymore went straight for her, Medusa quickly moved her Chakram to intercept the sword coming for her. Suddenly Marie moved her wrist and her arm changing the path of the sword. Medusa moved her chakram to try and block the wooden sword, however Medusa was to late. The wooden tip hit Medusa right in the gut pain were it hit. "And Your dead" Marie said stepping back. Medusa held her Chakram tightly ready for her to come. "Now try and land a hit on me" Marie said with a grin. Medusa charged at Marie ready to attack. As Medusa approached Marie She prepared to swing her Chakram at Marie. She swung attempting to hit Marie with it, however Marie was just out of range of the Chakram. Medusa attempted to land a hit, after all Marie was close. Marie was out of the Chakrams path with a blur. She was to fast for Medusa to land a hit, how was she supposed to Hit Marie if she was gone every time She moved out of the way? Medusa watched Marie move with a blur right behind her. The wooden Claymore touched her throat the next second. "And your dead again" Marie said. "Lucky right now your targets won't be as fast, you will be fighting something you must hit a f4t4l blow right away" Marie said. And Medusa was given Targets already, just like Carnis had done. "I won't make you learn how to use a different weapon right now but thats what I hope to do" Marie said. So Medusa would need a new tool to k1ll the Target. Medusa looked at Dark Fire he didn't do anything but stand there. "Dark Fire showed skill When I first found him, do you want us to show you" Marie said. "Sure Medusa said wanting to watch. "Ok" Marie charged at Dark Fire who blocked the hit instantly, but slide back like the recoil of Asuka's revolver. After a while both Dark Fire and Marie hadn't landed a hit on each other. Medusa already knew they both were advanced in fighting. (+)
