High ranking Generals Huang Zhiwei of Astinia and Nguyễn Văn Minh of Dainam have met in Astinia's capital, Tiangong, to officially sign the treaty of Tiangong. This has effectively initiated a military pact, alongside closer economic and cultural ties. It is unclear whether Astinia will support Dainam in its current war with Moesia, as the pact does not take into consideration current conflicts.
