Ok, I litterally just needed to get these out, so that when LegacyOS 4 comes out, the Lumia 4 can come come out alongside it. The only upgrades are a new L3 and L3X chip, and longer battery life. An actual upgrade will come with the Lumia 4, so don't worry, im not becoming Apple.
