Originally, I wanted to draw an eye for the balloon, then realized that I left a gap and it was in the shape of a balloon! So, I decided to make it into a balloon high up in the clouds instead. I originally wanted to draw a serpent for the second art for ideas for my game, then realized, hey, why not make another art piece that includes a WHALE. So, I turned my serpent into a whale.
