"Was it worth nothing..?" A Leafhopperflight DSRP

...Everything hurt. Everything seemed to hurt right now, everywhere. From physical, to mental, to emotional. Leafhopperflight's injury was getting worse and worse, not counting having a major injury before. They knew they didn't had much time left.. But she couldn't move. She couldn't go anywhere, to find help, no... They do wanted to, but... who could Leafy trust? And how could she know that they won't betray her...? Leafhopper felt both betrayed and betraying. They were betrayed by her own friend, one of the Bush Cats, which was a group she loved dearly.. And watching it fall, they couldn't hold it back anymore. So, she had made the decision to rehost the group, hoping that Weevilbrook would approve of this choice. They just hoped that they would know if it's the right or wrong choice... Or was she just making the memory of Bush cats in vain?? They knew they didn't have much time left. But... the next cat to be leader after her was appointed, right? They shouldn't worry about that, but yet she still did. Worrying about everything wouldn't help, she knew... But they couldn't do anything. The choice had been made, and that's it. Taking in a deep, raspy breath, she silently remembered the lost, hoping they were watching over her right now. Anglewingcheer, Wallpaw, Weevilbrook, Mosquitopaw... yes, even Mosquitopaw. She hoped that Leaf could someday earn back Mosquito's forgiveness.. which would be even harder than convincing the whole clan that Leafhopperflight deserved a second chance... ..Betraying? Who? Of course, her living friends.. Aphidamethyst, Admiralskies, and more that they couldn't quite remember all... but one name stood above that friends list. Danceflyflicker... the cat that taught her happiness. The cat that had supported her... oh, how they wished he was here in her last moments. Another thing that probably held them back from giving up completely... of course, her promise. To try to earn everyone's forgiveness, trying to prove themselves.. Did she earned it? They would never, never know now. Probably one far, and distant day, when their memory was nothing. Maybe, everyone would be happier that way. There was suddenly a jolt of pain at her side, right at her largest scar. It certainly did got infected.... though Leaf wasn't a medic, they could tell. Maybe everyone else could, and were silently cheering. But... she couldn't think darkly in her dark moments. But.. happy memories? Did they... even earned the truth to even recall it? Everyone knew... Leafhopperflight, just a 'paw back then, had... mvrd3red Mosquitopaw. And they couldn't always bear that guilt... but it seemed to be always looming above her head. An unescapable cloud of darkness. Speaking of darkness, they couldn't possibly not mention.. Meadowhawkmoon. Her trusted friend, fellow Bush Cat, a respected medic, had /po!soned/ her. For 'not wanting to have the clan full of mvrd3rs', or whatever his reason was. Growling silently at the memory, they pushed it away, to see... not more darkness, but... The light. All the happiness she'd experienced... Kithood, Apprenticehood, Tortixflutter, being trained, Silverfishsolace, the meadow, and.. Danceflyflicker, too. How could they forget? Though some of them only lasted for some time, some even disappeared completely... she always had kept the memories in her heart. And, maybe, it's time to let go. .. Maybe, letting go would be the best option. No more pain.. and if they have to go to the Dark Forest, they'll take it. She'd done everything she could, and... though it still didn't earn /everyone/'s trust, it had certainly somehow, proved that Leafhopperflight wasn't just a shadow, a darkness to Mossclan. Leafhopperflight was now a sign, to show that the world didn't have just a positive side, and not just a dark side. Cats could be in between, both good and bad... And hopefully, the Mossclan they loved, would not disappear to unforgiveness. Wherever she go, they would always bless their beloved clan for flourishment. And, hopefully- no, not hopefully. She /knew/ that that would be enough. Everything else.... they would need to let go and let it deal with its own problems. Though learning it the hard way, she couldn't help but smiled softly, for all that had happened. And now, they knew... it's time to let go. Taking in her last breath, she silently said goodbye to everyone they had encountered in her lifetime... as she fell into deep darkness. ERP <33 Afterwords: Okay, guys, I certainly didn't expect my first gens character to go this way. And this much interesting, either.. Leafhopperflight certainly had earned so much attention, love, and hate.. And that's the factors of what to make a complex character! To be honest, I really spent my really best on roleplaying them, trying to capture her innocence(or not.. idk) and desperation for forgiveness in the text, though sometimes low-motivated. (cont.)
