Pip (also known as the Precise Intervention Prototype, previously named ###########) is a company's attempt at the ultimate weapon of war. Capable of reaching speeds past the light barrier, he's a highly lethal kinetic threat to his opponent. I would reveal more, but I have plans for how I'll do that. Long story short, the company that made him is gone after he escaped, and now he just kind of wanders.
