rules about their body: the stream of tears shall always be attached to their body, imagine a shadow. they do not have a mouth. they cannot be seen in our dimension, only through a screen. they are waiting for a bus that they know will never come. rules about speech/personality: they speak slowly and with constant use of "..." not broken up, but just slow and sad. they know the truth about the universe, not the future or past. they aren't necessarily pessimistic, but they are not an optimist, they are in a sort of peace. if they believe that they are witnessing a angelic entity or similar they will become afraid and run, or fight.
