Select the left or right scale by clicking L or R at the top of the screen. Deselect by clicking on background. Click a particle to add it to the selected side. Will default to left if none is selected. The middle number will tell you roughly how much more the heavier scale ways than the lighter scale. You can toggle from the typical particle physicist's eV (electron volt) measurement of mass to metric units by pressing the unit button next to the R button at the top.

Sprites made by me. ____________________________________________ Notes: Do you know about E=mc^2? Well guess what! Here in particle town, the fact that energy is mass and mass is energy is far more relevant! The energy of a particle directly tells us the mass of the particle, because they are actually the same thing! For now, I will not be allowing for one scale to have more than one type of particle. If I ever do this level of complexity, it will be more useful for a project like this but the periodic table instead. Something I'll only do if I am absurdly bored one day. (By the way, I made all of this in one day.) If you find any bugs, let me know and I'll try and resolve it. ____________________________________________ Changelog: Sep 12, 2026 - Project shared Sep 13, 2026 - Added line borders for particle groups Sep 15, 2026 - Added the info button Nov <30, 2026 - Plan to add link for Standard Model ____________________________________________ #Quantum #Physics #Weight #Energy #Science #STEM
