(Activity is counted as using them as a character in an rp or giving them away in a litter, non rp characters do not apply to this) 2 --As the designer it is my duty to allow you to enjoy a design without feeling pressured to keep a design for an extended period of time, if you feel as if I have made an environment where you feel pressured to keep a design for an extended period of time, then please let me know. 2.1 --It is your duty as the recipient to actually care for these designs, feeding into rules one and three if I believe that you are not performing your proper duty as the recipient then I may request the design back (if they are deceased OR unused) and/or greylist you, I as the designer may not forcibly take it from you. It is misuse of power on my end if I do not provide you with a warning or reasoning along side such actions. 2.2 --It is misuse of both me (the designer) and you (the recipient) if we attempt to force the other to do a certain action by ways of either, force, manipulation, and/or guilt-tripping, if you do any of these actions, then it is of my role and rights as designer to grey or blacklist you, this also applies to you as the recipient) 3 -- I do request that you as the recipient that you give proper credit for reference sheets and bios. (To summerize clause two, it is wrong on either end if one of us attempts to force the other to do something, and that I as the designer may ask, but not forcibly reclaim a character, clause one doesn't apply to non rp characters) Rps with fantasy creatures please hand me the design guidelines, only low quality designs may be used in a FCFS litter, while I have left TSS, I am winning to design a kit or two for higher payment Low quality designs ~~ free Medium quality designs ~~ free* - 1 shaded bust* -unshaded half body* High quality ~~ rendered bust/shaded full body *exact prices will vary for Medium quality designs, can be free or for a shaded bust/unshaded half body Form!
