␥ Small Fanfic ␥ ☓ Just Quit... I walked the school hallway as I kept my gaze glued to the ground, trying to avoid the swarm of kids "Aspen!" I finally looked up to see my best friends Lily and Carol along with Lily's boyfriend, Jason. I huffed softly but walked over to them "Hey" I muttered softly, my gaze shifted down to the ground again "So, any plans for prom?" Lily asked as we walked over to the common area "I was going to go with my boyfriend" Carol said "You have one?" Lily asked, Carol looked over to her "Yeah, he's a senior" she responded with a scoff "I know I told you yesterday" she continued, Lily looked up in thought "You're sure?" She asked, Carol sighed "Why do I even try" she muttered. I felt Jason looking at me, he has been my crush since kindergarten, I never told him... and that was a mistake because Lily didn't waste time. I know that I should just quit with these feelings, but I just love him. "Aspen, you there?" I looked up to find three pairs of eyes on me, I smiled quickly "Yeah!" I responded "We asked you, who are you going to prom with" Lily said, I blinked "Um, n-no one, I don't really have anyone to go with" I quickly added "If you mean by a date?" Carol and Lily nodded "Oh, then I don't have anyone" I muttered "Oh! We can hook you up with someone!" Lily exclaimed, I tensed but nodded "Sure" I chuckled. If only she knew that I just can't quit. (Imma end here because my brain is ded too early. Ik I made mistakes, I'll prolly come back and change it.
