Doors: Otis. Logic: Otis MCS 120 Hydraulic. Fixtures: Otis 2000 + Series 1 arrow. Floors: 8 (-1, 0, 1-6). Voice: Older Drucegrove. Maintenance company: Otis. Starter type: Solid state with soft starter. Location: Undisclosed posh flats, Van Dooren Town, ST. This is a very nice block of flats which opened in Sept. 2000 and it has a really epic Otis 2000 H lifts with very rare features! This lift has green floor buttons which is rare for a 2000 H but some of them were replaced over time. -1 and 6 have been replaced with red buttons and the button for 6 is a capacitive one which is insanely rare. The button for 4 has been replaced with a blue one and the button for 5 got replaced with a white one (The type of button used on very recent European Otis lifts). This lift also features the Otis Series 1 arrow and chime on the left side and on the right side, it has the Otis 2000 COP. This lift is also a MRL hydraulic with the pump unit and logic in a compact cabinet at floor -1. The hydraulics sounds really nice on this lift and it runs well too! This building also has a 2000 Simplex 4100+ fire alarm system with 4903 speaker strobes and 4902 remote strobes. The HVAC system is a Daikin one from 2000.
