As a rule, we don't trust door-to-door salesman, especially ones who attempt treason. We told him to go back to whatever planet he dropped to Earth from. He got angry and stormed off, mumbling something about how our souls are going to be devoured by alien lord Xontar. Poor guy. He seemed very confused. We started to get worried for Zak, but he came back to the safety of the shelter. It might sound paranoid, but we think someone followed us. Let's just hope this won't happen again. Despite his rather calm demeanor, Zak got into a few fights before the apocalypse. His last victory was beating a kid named Ethan with a stick. Ethan's parents were furious and invited us over to discuss Zak's behavior, but before we could schedule a meeting, the world went to heck. During our trip we found their house and knocked on the door, but nobody came. We decided to go in and investigate. These people were obsessed with tomato soup. We saw many cans in their ruined kitchen. Most of them were damaged and all the tomato goodness had leaked out, but some survived! +2 soup Behind the remains of their kitchen counter, we found some bottled water. It's not our favorite brand, but it'll have to do. +2 water Our friendd had a big, nicely furnished bedroom with an antique, wooden closet. They must've been big fans for costume parties - the closet contained a ton of different outfits and props! Such colorful and fun people. Between the countless pieces of clothing, we found a fully functional gas mask. +1 Gas Mask. So much for our rifle... It got damaged during the expedition. -1 Rifle The lurking fear of nearby raiders was enough to make sure Isaac stayed up from fear. He's pretty fatigued now. Ezekiel is doing alright at the moment. Zak should eat something. The expedition wore and tore at his energy. He's way too tired to do any scavenging for now. Lime is fine. Using a high-tech setup involving paper cups and yards of string, the agents rang in with our next top-secret mission. They will surely land us in the VIP bunker very soon. They want us to go on one successful expedition and write down what we saw in the journal. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy... right?
