The Flying Lilypad is in fact, a flying lilypad. Scientists have observed these plants and have noticed that the big eye on the larger portion of the plant does not blink. So they believe it's not the main body. These Flying Lilypads can reach speeds of 100MPH, which is faster than the average car. These guys are also really big, almost the size of a average cloud. Flying Lilypads are also very docile, as they only eat the water from clouds.
