So apparently this is a really big issue or so i've heard so I'll resolve this for myself. After the annexation of Michigan and Kentucky, the government programs of industry and manufacturing-based subsidies, as well as beneficiary social programs, have hopefully gone well, increasing trust in the central government. With this, we can hopefully transition both Michigan and Kentucky to states of civilian administration, as long as state compliance is high enough. The next step of this economic boom is to be further focused on domestic growth, this time focused on supporting local farmers and beginning collectivization in VERY, VERY small steps to ensure stability in the process and to ensure no one protests due to radical changes in the economic environment. Another facet of this plan is that of clean energy, expanding our nuclear energy base by expanding the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station with an additional reactor and coolant tower, via two separate government grants of a total of 49 billion dollars, and then expanding the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Generating Plant and the Enrico Fermi Nuclear Generating Station (Fermi 2) plants in Michigan with an additional reactor and coolant tower after the plants in Ohio are done. We will also aim to recommission the Palisades Nuclear plant sometime within the next 10-12 years max. Uhh, yeah, basically we move to stabilize our reunified territories through a series of CAREFULLY planned economic moves. Also might utilize a bit of "Public Information Offices" (totally not propaganda) if needed. the G.L.U is goated trust
