I kept her skin the same because it was already pretty hehe I kept her cape and crown then, I MADE HER A DRESS >:D It was a fun break from MAP parts hehe Here's my idea for her power: Like all water type pokemon in games and in the shows they can basically summon water out of thin air (crazy ik V-V) What she can do is that she can make the water and use it as a weapon (can you see im taking inspo from Avatar? XD) the water around her tail can also be used as a weapon but also as a shield :D okie do with this as you wish LOL
