BEACH SRP+BEA ADOPTING CHILDREN ___________________________________________ The birds were flying free up above And Bee didn't know why but she felt... Trapped. So, so trapped. Stuck.. The birds she loved so much, she admired so much had flown off to their birdhouse and she wished she had one too a little house just for her just a little more free. With a perch she could open her wings and fly away with ...with more freedom but also protection for the darkest days Perhaps it was the way there was a kitsune in the clan and a dog that made Bea suddenly aware how easy it was for things to go wrong Perhaps it was the empty feeling the one which made it seem like something was missing. Something was and she didn't know. so many things were that she did know. She should go back soon to the time capsule she buried away but now she wanted the memories back because hiding them only hurt her more and she wanted to go back when it was alright and cara was safe. When misty wasn't deputy and she had a hope at becoming leader And Lilac was just sister not kitsune or fear When everything was alright and she was hopeful she wanted to find her safe place her protected area that yet left her free to roam Her little birdhouse customized and perfect But to customize things doesn't it help to have pictures and photos and memories to hold on to what you loved? Dont tell me you donts-Photos on your fridge, a treasure chest of pictures you drew years ago, even halloween costumes from your youngest years. She was going back and nothing would stop her. Nothing did. She ran and ran and stumbled, skidding to a stop. Her paws dug through the earth and she almost heard things, nothing real, just her imagination. Yips from kits who weren't there. Cara's voice in her mind. Misty, saying muffled words. Lilac, talking. Her. Laughing. Maybe that was real. Because she pulled out a little bag of leaves, and a tear fell. She had it. She carefully pulled the delicate little bundle apart, and inside she saw things. The flowers, bright as ever. The snakes tooth from so long ago. Feathers from what was long gone and a glittering rock with a picture of something better. She picked them up and stopped. Where? The noises she thought just of her mind, the kits mewling was still there. Loud. She hadn't been alone. There was somebody there. Somecat. No. Some kit. She began to turn, looking around. Then she began to sprint, for the second time. She was tired in moments, but in those moments they grew louder, she knew they were there. The kits were in a place that was...Curious She had been there before. The little hollow rock by the border, with cat scent. Loner scent. Now, the scent was faint, replaced by 3 kits. The loner she had never seen but knew was there wasn't there. The kits were alone. She looked around. She wasn't going to leave them. The clan wasn't in the best shape, but that didn't mean she would leave them to die. They were her responsibility They were hers. Their mother; long gone. She almost saw, a faint, faint shadow of a cat surrounding the kits. She touched one with a paw. She could almost swear she saw the shadow smile before it faded away. She had to do this. For the kits. For her. For their mother. ____________________________________________ EEE BEE LITTER COMING SOON
