Personality Kage is a cruel commander, beating its Shades when one happens to fail it. The Shades do not retaliate, nor do they complain or react in the slightest, so it’s mainly a form of stress relief, same as squeezing one of those stress balls with a smiley face on them. When fighting, it taunts and toys with its opponent, loving to see their despair. With allies, it sees them as tools, like how we see swords or plows. It believes they should be taken care of, but replaced when broken. With enemies, it genuinely hates them with a passion, but not enough to get off its lazy behind to do a battle itself. It holds a special place of hatred in its dark heart for those with RCT, one of the few types of people it’ll try to end itself. While having no need to eat, it still does so, preferring sweet tasting foods over spicy or sour, or even bitter. Cursed Technique Description: T.T.G.B.I.T.N. (what a mouthful) allows the user to summon many shikigami known as Shades, which are loyal and obedient to a fault. They have low Cursed Energy costs, and can rush the enemy in large numbers. However, they are individually weak. As the strongest curse of this generation, Kage can summon and control hundreds at a time, though rarely commands more than 45 due to laziness. Main Strengths / Applications — “Numbers” They can quickly overwhelm their masters foe(s) with how little Cursed Energy they cost. “Ambush” As they blend in perfectly in shadows, if Kage summons one in the dark, it is impossible to tell if they are there, leading to a quick attack. Main Weaknesses — “Weak” They trade quality for quantity, meaning that while they are cheap, they aren’t good. “Mindless” They will only perform an action if their master commands them too, meaning that until then, they stand still. Domain Expansion Shadow of the Infinite Void Shadow of the Infinite Void is simple in its sure hit effect, but deadly in practice. What it does is that it causes a shadow throughout the Domain, allowing Kage to summon as many Shades as it wants wherever and whenever it wants. It also causes Shades to effectively be near costless, allowing it to summon near thousands. Likes Darkness Others doing its bidding White chocolate, surprisingly Dislikes Light Doing things itself Jujutsu Sorcerers, and humans in general Hobbies Pretending to be the boogeyman and scaring little children Ripping streetlamps apart Fears An eternal daytime. Peculiarities Scratches its neck despite not being itchy Sexuality None Relationships & Bonds Family related: None, it’s a cursed spirit Non-blood related: Opposition(s) — All Jujutsu Sorcerers, Rival - Despite the two never having actually met, Kage considers (Strongest Sorcerer) its greatest enemy
Face Claim in project Backstory Kage, born from the fear of the dark, was ironically born in a bright space. The room of a child, no older than 5. She had been suffering from scotophobia, and the presence of Kage made it no better. Every night, when the child went to sleep, it tore down her lights, which never failed to wake her up and scare her. It did this for many months, before growing bored of her reactions and leaving. It wandered for a long time, scaring different children before learning of the Boogieman. It grew fascinated with his different forms, such as Krampus, Baba Yaga, and other bedtime horror stories. One day, when on its way to find a new child to terrify, it was confronted by a Jujutsu Sorcerer. It had never fought until that point, but learned quickly. Within moments, 4 Shades and itself were on the man, and tore him apart. It… it loved every second of the battle. Well, seeing the Shades battle, anyways. Fighting wasn’t exactly something it liked to do, so it prefers to send out the Shades. It decided that tormenting Sorcerers was more fun and entertaining than tormenting the young, so it seeks them out, looking for more anguish to cause. It hunts down their families, tears apart their lives, and causes loads of sadness and negative energy, loving every second of it. As it does so, it sends out Shades to cause paranoia, making them cause noises or other easily detectable cues of their presence. When that happens, and the Sorcerer is paranoid, it’ll end them before even being detected. It hasn’t done this very often, but when it does, it is incredibly satisfied. It quickly rose to become a Grade 1, after slaying dozens of sorcerers at a time. It soon faced the current strongest curse in single combat, and without any Shades, slew it single handedly. It now roams about, forcing other cursed spirits under its rule, and seeks to end (Strongest Sorcerer), and any others in its way
