Ignore that this Project doesn't have a thumbnail, Scratch hasn't been working right for me lately. I just recently noticed that Mr. Bright is, like, one of the only TEV characters without any form of backstory. I have an idea about what his backstory would be about, but I have three options. 1: Don't give Mr. Bright a backstory and just develop the character he is. 2: Start making the occasional Mr. Bright backstory project. 3: Wait until I'm finished with the Tormentor "arc" to make the Mr. Bright backstory.
