Hey everyone! ♥️ I’ve been thinking about writing this for a while now, and honestly, I don’t really know how to put everything I’m feeling into words. After being on Scratch for more than a year, I think I’ve finally reached a point where I’ve started to lose interest in it. Scratch has been such a huge part of my life for the past year, and it feels really strange to admit that I’m slowly moving on. I’ve grown a lot since I first joined, and as I’ve gotten older, I’ve become interested in so many other things and have more responsibilities and goals outside of Scratch. I have other things I want to spend my time on now, like school and just growing as a person. And while I still love the memories I’ve made here, I don’t think I can give Scratch the same amount of time and attention that I used to. But please, don’t think of this as a goodbye. ❤️ It’s more of a “see you soon.” I’m not deleting my account, and I’m not saying that I’ll never come back. I’ll probably still pop in from time to time, look around, check on things, and try my best to reply to as many of your comments and messages as I can. I might even make something every once in a while when inspiration hits me. You never really know. Scratch has given me so many memories that I’ll always carry with me. I’ve met people here, made friends, shared my creativity, learned new things, laughed at random projects, and experienced so many little moments that probably seemed ordinary at the time but ended up meaning a lot to me. To everyone who has ever followed me, commented on my projects, supported my work, talked to me, encouraged me, or simply took the time to click on something I created—thank you. Seriously. Even if we didn’t talk much, you were still a small part of my Scratch journey, and I’m grateful for that. I know some of you might be sad to see me become less active, and honestly, I’m a little sad about it too. But I also think growing up means realizing that sometimes you have to move on from things you once spent a lot of time doing. It doesn’t mean those things suddenly become meaningless. It just means you’re making room for new chapters. And who knows? Maybe one day I’ll come back and look at all of this again and think, “Wow… I really spent that much time on Scratch?” T-T So instead of saying goodbye, I’ll just say: See you soon, Scratch. ♥️ Thank you for an amazing chapter of my life. I’ll never forget it. And if you ever see me randomly appear in your notifications again… pretend you’re not surprised. T-T With lots of love, Ewaoluwa ♥️ @E-W-A-O-L-U-W-A ♥️
