// Reins of Royalty Equestrian Update // ⋆~ Update 31 | Lunging Ghost ~⋆ Earlier today I grabbed one of my stallions, Ghost, and brought him out to the arena so we could do some lunging and maybe even introduce him to the saddle! I brushed him and petted him, then I grabbed my lunging supplies and harnessed him up! I asked for a canter, but soon he was full out galloping! It didn't take long to get him back under control, but we need to work on that...After a few more minutes of lunging, I grabbed a saddle pad and placed it gently on his back. His ears perked up, but I think he remembered it from last time. Next, I bought out the saddle. He sniffed it, and was soon trying to eat the leather. I gently pushed his nose away and took the saddle pad off his back. He did good, but he still needs a LOT, more practice!
