This is me formally relinquishing control of Ethiopia to switch to Papua New Guinea :] I REALLY hope someone didn't already sign up as P.N.G [I stg, if the map just wasn't updated </3], because I spent a lot more time than I care to admit on a simple sign-up project. Maybe, just maybe, there will be activity with this one [IMPOSSIBLE] On the ideology thing: I did some research, and boy does P.N.G have an interesting government. I guess they don't *really* have Western-style ideologies in politics as you'd expect. Political parties are very personalized; as in, they serve as easy vehicles for important leaders to assemble coalitions and garner the necessary support to come to power. It seems to be partly because A. P.N.G is really diverse, so building big, unifying movements is hard, and B. It's easier to form coalitions when people aren't opposed (so ideologies get brushed aside). While this might sound good, it's actually one of the obstacles to P.N.G's democracy :/
