jojo's first oil painting alerttttt oil painting takes so long this is like at least 6 hours of work and it's only the face T^T the process was NOT made shorter by the fact that when i started the painting, the room i was in was too dark and i so i thought all my shadows were darker than they were and so when i moved to a brighter room i had to paint over the entire face with darker shadows materials: paints are michael harding artists oil colours in ultramarine blue, yellow ochre, titanium white, cadmium yellow, and cadmium red. my medium is williamsburg refined linseed oil and my brushes are just a cheap set from michaels. also, plastic palette knives and artists loft canvas board #art #painting #oilpainting
