Technically foster has like 5 different moves because of disguise (i might add more later im kinda tired), except his moveset list is only 3. Kinda op but he has very low HP so it balances out
This is the guy who built Cheetobot btw NOTE TO SSBA: if you add a bad attribute (like one that is evil (idk)) add it to the bad effect list so that foster can feel fine it
