- Our Horizons The Republic of Lascion expands outwards across a few new systems, via first sending specialized probes to set up the foundation of settlements before allowing civilians a chance to relocate to the new systems. These systems were not chosen by random however, as most notably the easternmost system of Thondun contains large strategic and military potential, due to its numerous gas giants that feature rings of larger objects and many moons. Systems like these are projected to become large population centers over time, and similar settlement strategies will be continue to be used for the foreseeable future.
