This is all about Gale Hawthorne. Please don't say he killed Prim, he didn't know. I'm Team Gale. Sure, he did help make the bombs, but he didn't know he killed Prim. So that is why Katniss killed Coin, because Coin killed Prim. So if Gale killed Prim, Katniss would've killed him, but she didn't.
