Iowa will enter the union with many benefits & independences. Note: This is not just for Iowa and for other states wanting to join. I also don't see many states like Nebraska and Kansas surviving economically, especially during a depression, so I can see them being pretty desperate.
Many states can enter the union has a part autonomous state with many freedoms. 1. All war damages will be paid, and all war prisoners will be released. (Iowa) 2. Farmers land will be protected, and expansive equipment will be spread out more evenly between farmers. 3. Iowa will be a partly autonomous state with independent courts, leaders and people's laws with guaranteed no intervention unless votes win with less than 65%. 4. Guaranteed more infrastructure investments. 5. Better prices and more job opportunities along with lots of economic benefits. 6. Free Healthcare accessible to everyone, with free check-ups and test, and 85% of bill paid by the government with cost being only raw production cost Ex. (Not actual prices) a covid test cost $10 to make, so the government pays 85% and you have to pay $2.50. Tests are free anyways. All staff will be paid more than a living wage as well. 7. Much cheaper housing, as houses cannot be sold for 20% more than they cost to make, along with government-controlled property prices. 8. VATs to cut all sales tax, with the most coming from the factories and not farmers. 9. Collective owned businesses and Co-ops will thrive. Instead of CEOs making 1 million dollars and the worker making $35,000's, everybody will make $85,000. 10. Private jets will be sold to help fund the government; a few will be kept for political transports. Crop-dusters will be distributed to farmers equally. All civilian airliners will go to great lakes air. 11. All education will be free more K-12. College pricing will be cut and half, and people can’t afford can work for the college for free or very little fees. This will open more opportunities and jobs. 12. Daycare will also be free, with government funded daycares popping up. 13. Free speech 14. Boosted manufacturing, decreasing un-employment rates. 15. Green energy investments, as we have done already will be brought to Iowa and more with personal solar panels on your house, to vast windmill fields. With these, we will make life better for all across the Americas and union.
