this is Arkansas new alliance/foreign policy. we will be a armed, mostly neutral Kingdom. -------------------------------------------------------------------- we are taking strict neutrality in military alliances, as we want to stay out of many wars as we can, unless our closest allies are at war, then we will. we will be fully open to resource exchanges with other countries and might make a economic pact with them. we will still completely accept non-aggression pacts as we want to be a more neutral and stable country.. we will still want to make deals with other countries in land and other things.
