we are giving oklahoma a good deal on this. or Ouachita and Ozark lands it has, and since it doesn't have that many people, we don't need that much to buy it. so oklahoma will be given 3.8 billion dollars, one half in the first six months and the other in the other six months of the year. we will also send 1.2 million tons of steel (worth about a full billion, and we make about 12 million tons) to help rebuild infrastructure and many other things, over a time of a year) and we will also help build new places by sending 6000 workers to help build new residential and commercial areas, along with 500k tons of timber (since we make about 18 million tons a year) to help for housing builds and commercial places. all this we will give if they accept the proposal. we will also give them an extra 560 million dollars for defence when were done giving them the main payments. also we will give them a large partion of the resources from this region for themselves to either keep or trade (about 40% - 60%) for a cheep cost from us.
btw I also put the Ozark/Ouachita regions on here plus that Arkansas once had a good portion of the territory a pretty bit while ago historically. also one of our biggest cities is on they're boarder so at least let us have a bit of land around it if the answer is no.
