1. hybe x geffen knew what they were doing with katseye. they were gonna first build a fandom of children, not tweens/teens, like kids who are STILL in elementary school to boost katseye's popularity. the whole SIS era was not a concept they were gonna stick to. once they had a strong fanbase, they were going to *SURPRISE* flip the concept to a mature s3xy concept hxg had wanted all along. its absolutely disgusting how katseye is being marketed towards children just for profit for the company. they collabed with toca boca a popular CHILDRENS game. a collab with dress to impress, a popular CHILDRENS game on a popular CHILDRENS platform. they've also advertised for gui gui and a bunch of other kid targeted products. the amount of eyekons i've met that arent even in the 5th grade yet is WILD. the worst part about it is that there's nothing we as an audience can do, so we'lll just have 8 year olds dancing to hootie frutty ig ☹️☹️ 2. this one might be a bit confusing, but: SOME people need to realize that kpop isnt just all korean music, and not all korean artists are part of a group. just like the usa, or anywhere else in the world, there are different kinds of music genres. so no, kpop isnt the only music genre in korea, its literally korean POP, just like we have western pop ig but many other genres as well. 3. no one should care about what katseye is wearing, but it gets to a point. 4. we need an orange caramel lookalike in spop ASAP. 5. the amount of tuide lookalike groups i've recently seen is INSANE, like where did they spawn from. sorry but there is like prolly more than 10 tuide lookalike group auditions going around rn. if u wanna make a tuide lookalike group you should prolly wait until this whole trend blows over cus idk how many ppl gonna audition with the amount of tuide lookalikes going around. ( i was thinking of making one and if i do i promise i'll commit !! it wont be like the dollerie situation i had no clue what i was doing) 6. a tripleS lookalike spop group would be so fun i kid you not. 7.every single song an spop group does does NOT have to be kpop. also we need more non-kpop lookalike groups, that are still creative. a glinda and elphaba duet would be so fun. also a spice girls lookalike would be insanely amazing 8. people who call kpop weird are the weird ones. like you mean to sit here and tell me that "kP0p iS wEiRD". like dawg its literally just korean pop. its pop music from another country. not all music that isnt american is weird. 9. i hate when ppl think kpdh is/invented kpop. (this is targeted at those ignorant moms at that kpop tribute concert that thought it was a kpdh.) this is how my conversation with a non kpop fan usually goes: me: "i like kpop !" "yOu D0?? do u LieK kPdH???" "uh..no.. ?" "bUt taHtS kP0p! haha u lARpEr" 10. (this is kinda related to the previous one) if your a kpop demon hunters fan, im sorry but i will NOT take you seriously when you talk about kpop. now, this is completely different if you do stan actual groups and just like the movie. but if you are a 9 year old telling me how ur favorite le sserafim song is golden and your bias is yoonchae, im walking away. 11. engenes are the worst fandom. i stand with this opinion and i will not be backing down. 12. ik this isnt kpop/spop related but i tried to watch alnst with my bff and we had no clue what was going on. we had to google it. i dont get the hype im so sorry. guys are there like books/comics for alien stage where you get more background information? im rlly not into anime so i wouldnt know
