SHARE THIS WITH OTHERS >:0 Please help people in need to call 988 or just talk. Some coping methods ppl have used ( that are NOT harmful [ for you] ) is: -Putting ice on anywhere that you want to hurt (so it feels better) -hit stuff ( pillows, siblings- i mean uhhh, grass!, school work, ur therapist, water and food!!!! - LISTEN TO MUSIC (it always works) -talk to friends. even if you're at your lowest, talk to them (it helps a bunch!!!!!!! and talk to the good and funny ones, not the boring, shakespear ones [if you want to tho, if theyre good]). -draw tf out -scribble -scrabble?! (jk) - (KEEP. YOURSELF. SAFE.) if THAT doesnt help you then research about it, watch films about sewer your side and see how ppl would be without you. or doomscroll. what ever helps EXCEPT FOR SH AND SEWERING YOUR SIDE
