Hoofprints Update 01 | Meeting Buddy I got selected as one of the Hoofprints Employees this month and I’m so excited to work with these three, but today I’m starting out with Buddy! I first went to the feed room and snagged a bag of treats, because, hey, good food is a universal peace message, right? I went to Buddy’s stall first and then realized he was in his pasture : P I went to his pasture and he cantered right over, and was very curious to see if I had any treats. I gave him a few before slipping his halter on, and I brought him to the crossties for brushing. I gave him a good brush, and it was good that I did because his coat was dusty, like, what was he doing in his pasture to get it that dusty??? I brought Buddy back to his pasture, let him loose, gave him another treat then left. Overall a great day with Buddy and I can’t wait to continue working with him and the others!
