We ask the Federal State of Kentucky to sign a conditional surrender agreement that: -Cease all hostilities between the Communist States of America and the Federal State of Kentucky, -Hand over control of the rest of the state to the C.S.A, though a provisional government of Kentucky will form to give them autonomy like under the old system of U.S states, -Prevent the pillaging and harming of Kentucky's civilians, -And to establish civilian occupational forces to peacefully integrate the state. We also promise to increase public spending, implement moderate economic policies for the path towards socialism, and to begin peaceful integration as a whole. The only other recourse will be to continue this conflict, something which we are sure no side wants. Additionally, point out the British altercations in the Carolinas, pointing out that a unified defense is impossible unless we unite, and hastily.
