part 1: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1377490798/ part 4: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1378230155/ tw: death 1. millionaires and billionaires shouldn't be grouped together, in this day and age being a millionaire is just living comfortably and being a billionaire is owning a huge corporation. remember a billion is 1000x more than a million so a millionaire is much MUCH closer to being flat broke than being a billionaire 2. fiction does affect reality, that's why minority representation makes people feel so seen and validated but it's also why we shouldn't romanticize problematic behaviors in fiction, because it will make people with said problematic behaviors feel validated 3. but there's a difference between rightfully portraying a problematic behavior as harmful and romanticizing it, and i see no problem with fiction that portrays harmful things as harmful 4. in my head katseye are influencers who make music not musicians who get brand deals sometimes, like their ads come before the music. their discography being 45 minutes long and not including a full album after 2 years is a crime, and eyekons thinking of the gap ad as a whole era shows how starved of content they are 5. most kpop idols aren't deserving of being called artists because they don't make their own art 6. the kpop industry and the western music industry (at least the super mainstream pop part of it) really aren't all that fundamentally different 7. even if they/them pronouns weren't gramatically correct, that wouldn't be an excuse to not use them for someone because languages do change over time 8. we're in another golden age of minecraft videos right now but yall are too nostalgia blinded to admit it 9. splatoon 1 was ahead of its time and never gets credit for being as influential as it was 10. octo expansion and goodbye despair are rare cases of the middle part of a trilogy being the best part 11. i don't like it when player-characters in video games have little to nothing canonically known about them "for immersion," i feel more immersed when the mc is allowed to be their own character 12. im not defending Ai users here but students wouldn't use Ai to cheat as often if schools gave them sufficient free time to actually do their assignments 13. the words "corny" and "cringe" (at least how they're used in slang) have no other reason for existing than to put others down 14. playing around and experimenting on your own over time is a better way to learn how to draw than watching tutorials and constantly getting disappointed you can't replicate them exactly as a beginner 15. having a big vocal range, perfect pitch etc doesn't mean you're guaranteed to be a good musician and while those abilities will help you, they're insanely overhyped and unnecessary 16. being good at mixing/production is way more important than having an expensive mic. it's easy to make a cheap mic sound expensive if you know what you're doing 17. the worst mountain dew flavor is the original and it's not even close 18. it's true that people have died because of energy drinks, but 99% of the time that's because they drank like 5 a day and already had health conditions beforehand. some more than others but anything can be harmful if you have too much of it, especially with a condition where you're advised not to have it at all 19. there's no such thing as being conservative and alt because being alt is about politics first and music second before it's about fashion, and you're not alt if all you care about is the fashion 20. someone not wanting to show their face and body on the internet doesn't necessarily mean they're insecure about their looks 21. it's not weird for just turned 18 year olds to be friends with minors (this is about teenagers not young kids) yk most of them are still seniors going to the same high school as 14 year old freshmen 22. adults who are using scratch or other kids' websites/games as hobbies are fine as long as they're not having long interactions with minors and not joining communities full of near exclusively minors 23. scratch isn't a social media but it sure is as addicting as one
