Homeland is made by @TwixxelLesgo and it's a series. The way to get the sprites yourself: Download a mod of the stalkers like "Twixxels Stalkers from PnTmC" and then change the file to a zip and go into its resource pack folder and click on textures then find the folder with all the entities textures and there you go.
Credits to @LCRandom for the sprites, to whoever made the jester stalker, the luster stalker, Ronald funtime, The Squatter, and the Distorted Stalker, Rob Herman for the Yelling Creature. Doctor nowhere for anklager.
